The company is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support its Agent Services department by providing exemplary customer service to term life policyholders and agents, addressing inquiries reputed company to insurance policies and assisting with various client needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service to reputed company term life policyholders and agents
- Address verbal and written inquiries pertaining to term life insurance policies
- Assist clients with questions regarding billing, policy coverage, reputed company, or contract changes
- Identify concerns, ask appropriate questions, respond to inquiries in a concise and courteous manner while documenting reputed company research findings thoroughly

Skills
- Minimum high school diploma or GED

- 1 year of call center customer service experience preferred but not required
