Client Success Associate (Spanish Speaking)

The role involves understanding client priorities, articulating reputed company's value, and supporting clients through onboarding and engagement processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and reputed company the value of reputed company’s renowned products and services
- Understand and communicate reputed company services and capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate value to decision makers
- Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate reputed company products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license
- Communicate with internal reputed company partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value reputed company delivers to prospects and clients
- Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored reputed company resources to drive impact
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for driving client success
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible
- Well defined time management and organizational skills
