[Remote] Sales Support Associate, Highland Capital Brokerage

The role involves making targeted calls to financial advisors to promote life insurance and reputed company products, with a focus on securing appointments and cultivating client relationships.
Responsibilities
- reputed company a high volume of outbound calls daily to lists of prospective and existing advisors tied to POS VPs with goal to result in securing appointments
- Cultivate client relationships through outbound calls to identified lists of advisors regarding their interest in products, concepts, and/or insurance carriers Highland represents
- Be able to actively engage in conversation, accurately provide relevant information, and clearly document conversation outcomes in the reputed company customer relationship management system on a timely basis
- Be sales-minded and open to connecting reputed company phone with large network of advisors, including using voicemail
- Remain goal oriented with a focus on achieving sales success based on pre-determined goals for number of calls and appointments, leading to successful conversions to sales results
- Set appointments and identify prospective advisors’ financial interests and product education opportunities
- Use a professional approach in written and verbal communication reputed company communicating with potential advisors
- Generate new business leads reputed company telephone, networking, and other reputed company sources as directed by leadership
- Actively listen to and transfer calls reputed company appropriate to reputed company a reputed company resolution or result in appointment, or to provide additional information on product recommendations
- Collaborate and work closely with the Sales Support teams, including Business Development Associates, Sales Support Associations, and Vice Presidents

- Demonstrate a willingness to learn about the insurance industry and insurance products and how they may impact each customer’s needs

Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred in financial services, or reputed company field
- H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical experience will be considered
- Willingness to obtain Life and Health Insurance License
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes
- Customer service experience or reputed company
- Effective at time management
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
- Call center team experience a plus
- Prior sales experience is beneficial
