We are proud of our staff from our national office in reputed company as well as home offices across the county, who collaborate with our more than 2,000 AFS-USA Volunteers to deliver high quality programs and global education resources. These include immersion-based study abroad experiences in over 40 countries worldwide; opportunities to host foreign AFS exchange reputed company; and global learning workshops and curricula for educators, schools and businesses.

Are you passionate about global education and cultural exchange? AFS-USA is seeking a dedicated Field Specialist to join our remote Field Team. You will work with staff and volunteers to reputed company hosting goals and ensure compliance with regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• reputed company strategic planning and execution for hosting and volunteer development
• Ensure timely, compliant placements for international exchange reputed company.
• Provide coaching, support, and problem-solving guidance to volunteers.
• reputed company and integrate volunteers in hosting processes.
• Support the Hosting Onboarding Unit.
• Manage hosting functions in volunteer teams.
• Serve as on-call Duty Officer on a rotating schedule for emergencies and urgent matters

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
• Experience with CRM and social media for business.

WORK EXPECTATIONS

• AFS USA work hours are generally from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday MST/PST.

SALARY

• $50,000/Annually plus benefits including: medical, dental, vision, and PTO
