reputed company is seeking a Regional Vice President, Oncology. reputed company, a leading healthcare services company, is seeking a highly motivated and inspirational VP of Account Management to reputed company a team of Oncology account managers. As the Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for managing a team of account managers who are focused on building and maintaining relationships with key customers across multiple growing specialties in the community setting. Utilizing a consultative approach, the team acts as a business advisory to reputed company the tools, services, and people at reputed company to support our community practice partners while servicing them as a primary distribution vendor.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience.

• 4+ years of management experience.

Education

• 4-Year degree or equivalent experience.

• Advanced degree, or equivalent experience a significant plus.

Critical Skills

• 7+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• 4+ years of experience leading people preferred.

• Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving reputed company growth.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and reputed company team members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, as well as industry trends and changes.

• Experience in healthcare including distribution services, technology, and/or group purchasing organization required.

Working Conditions

• Must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted – This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

• Able to travel extensively overnight to customers 75%+ of the time by reputed company.

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record/MVR.
