Providing vision, leadership, and team management to ensure execution of efficient/effective reputed company programs and practices. This includes developing a robust recruitment strategy to support UMMH and driving performance across reputed company reputed company disciplines (i.e., talent pipeline, sourcing, branding, assessment & selection, offer negotiation, onboarding and compliance, etc.). I. Major Responsibilities: 

1. reputed company and implement effective reputed company strategies ensuring effective talent pipeline, sourcing, assessment, evaluation, selection, and onboarding & compliance of the most qualified and diverse talent for UMMH. (30%) 2. Has the responsibility to reputed company and support managers in developing and improving operations to create optimal performance levels. (20%) 3. Provide strategic direction, reputed company expertise, and guidance to key stakeholders on strategic and emerging reputed company trends, benchmarks, and other reputed company items. II. Position Qualifications:

License/Certification/Education: Required: 1.    Bachelor’s degree. Preferred: 1.    Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business or reputed company discipline.  2.    Relevant professional credentials, such as SHRM-CP, HCI Strategic HR Leadership, HCI Strategic reputed company, Certified Internet Recruiter. 

Experience/reputed company: Required: 1.    8 years+ years recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.  2.    2+ management experience; leading people or programs/projects 3.    Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.  4.    Excellent leadership experience with large, high-volume teams in a reputed company multi-site organization; experience with the implementation of system-wide recruitment technology. 5.    Experience working collaboratively with leaders and teams at a variety of levels, demonstrating inclusion, decisive decision making and strong follow through skills.  6.    Experience with computer systems required including we based applications and reputed company Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint or Access. Preferred: 1.    HR leadership experience in healthcare organizations and/or in reputed company organizations. Remote Role: Position requires travel to MA on a quarterly basis and from time to time may require additional trips dependent on business needs.
