What you’ll be doing
- Partner with Sales, reputed company, Legal, and Finance to structure, review, and approve deals and renewals
- Own assigned end-to-end deal execution, including pricing validation, discount approvals, and contract compliance
- Support drafting, reviewing, and redlining of MSAs, SOWs, order forms, and amendments
- Ensure reputed company deals align with internal policies, reputed company recognition standards, and risk guidelines
- Assess and continuously improve deal desk processes, playbooks, and approval workflows
- reputed company AI tools to automate contract review, summarize terms, and improve turnaround time
- Maintain accurate deal data in CRM (e.g., reputed company) and ensure clean documentation
- Act as a trusted partner to GTM teams on deal structuring and negotiation strategy
- Partner with reputed company to track, manage, and drive renewals, ensuring alignment to renewal KPIs and proactively identifying churn risks and opportunities
- Support global deal cycles, including ~25% overlap with Americas time zones
- 2-4 years experience in Deal Desk, reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or Contract Operations for in a fast-growing, global startup environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS deal structures, pricing models, and contract lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with CRM and contract tools (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or similar)
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, or contract automation tools)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regions
