Regional Service Engineer Asia (Location: Hong reputed company)

With our regional footprint expanding, we are seeking a highly capable Regional Service Manager for China to strengthen our service leadership.
- reputed company and manage the regional service organization across multiple reputed company markets.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Manage escalations, provide solutions, and support local service teams on customer site.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams in Germany to enhance the customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or reputed company field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of service management experience, ideally in a regional role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Ability to manage cross-border teams, resolve escalations, and drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin required
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly reputed company the region and occasionally to Germany for training and team building purposes
- Able to work under pressure.
