Job Description:

At arenaflex, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and their customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers reputed company telephone to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Processing transactions, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure satisfaction
• Discussing various topics with customers, such as:

+ Enrolling or changing their life insurance amount + Confirming or changing beneficiaries + Policy provisions and exclusions + Continuing coverage reputed company retired or leaving employment + Billing inquiries

• Reporting to work in person during training (Monday-Thursday) and training virtually on Fridays from the Cary, NC office
• Working from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a quiet, secure workspace
• Using video during interviews, coaching, and virtual training
• Being flexible with shifts and working hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-11:00pm EST)

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work under immediate supervision and report to an immediate supervisor
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field (preferred)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in using technology and software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
