Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center & Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in California, Texas, or Arizona. This is a temporary-to-hire position with a duration of 6 months or more, offering a reputed company reputed company of $16/hr on W2. As a remote team member, you will be required to work a schedule of 7AM to 7PM PST, Monday through Friday, and have a reliable laptop/computer, wired internet reputed company, and a quiet workspace.

Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal, providing information on programs and services
• Recording customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
• Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving problems, ensuring that appropriate changes are made
• Refering unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
• Performing data entry accurately and performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED, with an Associate degree preferred
• The ability to maintain confidentiality and reputed company of reputed company information
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• The ability to reputed company comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
