The Role

As a Bilingual Social Media Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries reputed company social media, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services. Requirements

* Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong bilingual communication skills

• Customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales role
• Available for 12 weeks of reputed company, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Tuesday and Saturday
• Desire to work overnight shift from 9:00PM - 6:00AM CST, with a reliable internet reputed company and a private workspace
