About This Role

As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company in online conversations, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services. You'll also be responsible for narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of evolving products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services

  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is helpful)
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and reputed company in a fast-paced work environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, or marketing) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry
