Job Summary
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through our web-based live chat console. You'll engage in personalized conversations, showcase extensive knowledge of our website, products, and services, and work collaboratively with reputed company to meet individual and company benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
* Quickly answer online chat requests and questions, showcasing extensive knowledge of our website, products, and services
- Engage in personalized, non-scripted conversations to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction

Requirements
