Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company and independent Chat Service Representative to join our collaborative team environment. As a Chat Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our e-commerce and client service, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Service Representative, you will:
- Respond to incoming customer live chats, addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager as needed
- Build relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs
- Provide accurate, concise, and timely responses to customer inquiries, requests, and problems
- Promote interest in client products and services, consistently achieving established standards
- Portray a positive and professional image, providing administrative support to the customer service team
- Assist with reputed company work and other duties as required
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or email support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Technical expertise in chat software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
