Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value to customers
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a world-class customer service experience
- Providing information about reputed company plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customer needs
- Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Quiet, secured workspace
- Must live in Texas to apply
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
