Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Student Services Manager, the Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service to reputed company, customers, and stakeholders reputed company telephone, email, fax, and in-person. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing information about courses, certificate programs, and academic departments
• Registering reputed company and processing transcript requests, course descriptions, and certificate audits
• Managing wait lists, resolving failed web enrollments, and performing other student services duties
• Providing general information to reputed company regarding certificate completion, reputed company Enrollment, UCSD Student Grant Program, and more
• Key holder responsibilities for opening and/or closing the site

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to reputed company, customers, and stakeholders reputed company telephone, email, fax, and in-person

• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Register reputed company and process transcript requests, course descriptions, and certificate audits
• Manage wait lists, resolve failed web enrollments, and reputed company other student services duties
• Provide general information to reputed company regarding certificate completion, reputed company Enrollment, UCSD Student Grant Program, and more
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• Demonstrated ability to advise reputed company and the general public regarding academic programs, policies, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups
• Proven experience providing customer service, handling cash, and operating office equipment
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in an academic or reputed company setting

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite role located at our 8980 Villa La Jolla Dr. location. Overtime may be required during quarterly peak enrollment, and you must be willing to work alternating Saturdays (one to three Saturdays per month). The work schedule will be between 7:00 am - 6:30 pm.
