Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming contacts for arenaflex brands reputed company voice, email, and chat
- Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize reputed company

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
