Job Summary & Responsibilities

As a Health & Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality, customer-focused telephonic service, utilizing knowledge of procedures and systems to meet and exceed member satisfaction
• Consulting with members to support easy navigation of online tools, including account balance checks and claim submissions
• Resolving issues without management reputed company, removing barriers for members and ensuring a seamless experience
• Protecting sensitive member information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
• Prioritizing effectively to meet member service goals and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience preferred

• Basic understanding of medical/reimbursement terminology preferred, with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills, with ability to work overtime as needed
