Job Title: Investment Banker Job Summary: An Investment Banker provides strategic financial advisory services to corporate, institutional, and government clients. The role involves assisting in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial restructuring, and other reputed company financial transactions. Investment Bankers analyze financial data, prepare deal documentation, and help clients navigate investment opportunities and financial markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, and capital-raising strategies.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions), and strategic analysis.
• Prepare pitch books, transaction documents, and client presentations.
• Manage the execution of transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings, and deal closing.
• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, risks, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with institutional investors, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and tax teams to ensure deal structures are sound and compliant.
• Stay reputed company with market conditions, financial regulations, and economic developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or reputed company field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 2–5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a reputed company field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
