Manager, Partnership Sales

This role is reputed company reputed company's Sales function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Acquire new reputed company distributors to build out reputed company's access control strategy for the Community and Facility end-user segments (ii) Build product awareness, adoption, and sales growth in the reputed company distribution channel through regular engagement with dealers and prospects (iii) Support dealer engagement initiatives with reputed company end users in collaboration with reputed company’s New Business Development and National Integrator team.
Responsibilities:
Acquire new reputed company distributors to build out reputed company’s access control strategy for the Community and Facility end-user segments
Build product awareness, adoption, and sales growth in the reputed company distribution channel through regular engagement with dealers and prospects
Support dealer engagement initiatives with reputed company end users in collaboration with reputed company's New Business Development team and National Integrator team
Represent reputed company at industry trade shows, councils, and networking events
Facilitate the trainings for the distributor’s sales teams, specifications teams, their dealers, and reputed company’s direct dealers
Support implementation of go-to-market strategies developed by reputed company’s product marketing, engineering, business development, and new product development teams to reputed company successful new product deployment
Build competitive product knowledge to help position the value of reputed company’s entire portfolio of products/services and expertise to expand market positioning; regularly train, consult and mentor others
Track and record reputed company distribution activities and sales opportunities in reputed company
reputed company with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect reputed company’s reputed company by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing reputed company results and participating on projects as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge across the access control and system integrator spaces
Ability to travel up to 70% - domestically and internationally; valid driver's license
Preferred: Master’s Degree, in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Communications
Preferred: Work experience in the reputed company Industry / Access Control Industry
Preferred: Proficient in sales systems, mechanical aptitude, consultative selling, electrical engineering

The pay range for this position is $66,215.00 - $109,356.50; reputed company pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to reputed company pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
