Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

* Answer patient calls regarding Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and research balances

• Manage patient refunds and process patient payments
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and guests
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient inquiries and concerns
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and quality service

Requirements

* Minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections

• reputed company knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare
• Thorough understanding of EOBs and ability to effectively communicate with patients reputed company phone and writing
• Extensive attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Qualifications
