Your Day-to-Day
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service to ensure they have an unforgettable shopping experience
- Help customers find products and answer questions to ensure they have the right tools for their projects
- Assist with loading merchandise and ensuring customer needs are met to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to deliver the best customer experience and expand your skills
- Prepare merchandise for customers, such as tinting and mixing paint or cutting and threading pipe to ensure they have the right materials for their projects
Requirements
- 6 months of experience using a computer and common retail technology to reputed company manage customer transactions and inventory
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to read and write to accurately process transactions and communicate with customers
- Ability to reputed company duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting up to 25lbs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of retail or customer service experience to bring valuable skills and knowledge to reputed company
- Bi-lingual skills to communicate with customers who speak multiple languages
