The Role

As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions reputed company telephone, social media, webchat, and email. You'll embody the brand's values, promoting a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and memorable

Requirements:

* reputed company in German, with a C2 level of English

• Experience working in a retail or luxury environment, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a genuine enthusiasm for ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit each customer's needs
• Confident IT skills, with flexibility, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
• Great attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Working Hours and Location:

* Part-time, 20 hours per week (Wednesday 9am-6pm, Thursday 2pm-6pm, and Friday 9am-6pm)

• Remote work option (WFH) or based in our Southend-on-Sea office
• Contract duration: 18th October 2024 to 31st January 2025

Technical Requirements:

* Windows 11 compatible machine or macOS 12 (Monterey) or reputed company

• 8GB RAM minimum, with 15GB+ free storage space

• Windows Defender antivirus software or X-Protect for MAC OS
