Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers
• Managing key accounts and serving as the reputed company of contact for clients
• Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking
• Managing opportunities in reputed company and seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service options
• Communicating effectively and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries, serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments
• Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team to reputed company order fulfillment plans and providing ongoing support to the business development field team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a science-reputed company field (Biology, Chemistry, Biological Science, etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in a client services position
• Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is a plus
• A customer service-oriented attitude and a commitment to quality
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• The ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and reputed company to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Ability to work both independently and on a team in a collaborative environment
• Computer savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technologies
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, reputed company, and Word)
