Job Summary:

As a Talent Manager at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional talent solutions to clients across various industries. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company and execute business strategies that drive growth, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and deliver outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with clients to understand their talent needs, identify top talent, and negotiate reputed company that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative or customer support, preferably in a business development role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • reputed company salary: $68,640 to $77,000, depending on experience and location
  • Bonus pay: Eligible for a bonus based on achievement of performance objectives
  • Benefits: Group health insurance benefits (medical, vision, dental), flexible spending and health savings accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption, surrogacy and fertility assistance, paid parental leave of up to 6 weeks, and short/long term disability
  • Paid time off: Vacation, personal needs, and sick time, with a minimum of 17 days of Choice Time Off (CTO) per calendar year
  • Holidays: 11 paid holidays per calendar year
  • 401(k) savings and investment plan or deferred compensation plan (if eligible), with an employer match of 100% on the first 3% of your contributions for eligible employees
