Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Care Representative to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

While we're open to considering candidates with a variety of backgrounds and experiences, we're particularly interested in candidates with:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 Years in a customer service role
  • 1 year customer service in a contact center setting (preferred)

  • Working knowledge of call center systems and/or workflows
