The Role
As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be the eyes and ears of reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
