Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing superior customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
- Handling busy incoming telephone orders and answering customer inquiries with professionalism and reputed company
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external customers, including sales teams and vendors
- Processing customer orders reputed company and accurately, ensuring correct pricing and coding
- Selling industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding supplies, and reputed company equipment to customers
- Answering customer questions and advising on equipment and materials needed for tasks
- Demonstrating the use of equipment to customers
- Arranging for the delivery of cylinders and hard goods
- Stocking and maintaining showroom displays
- Obtaining or transferring merchandise to and from other locations

- Communicating with external and internal customers by phone and in person

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
