We offer flexible shift times to accommodate your needs:
- Friday through Tuesday: 12pm - 8pm PST / 3pm - 11pm EST
- Tuesday through Saturday: 12pm - 8pm PST / 3pm - 11pm EST
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our trucking customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicating clearly and confidently in both English and Spanish, with a warm, professional tone and genuine reputed company
- Troubleshooting effectively and keeping customers reassured every reputed company of the way
- Thriving in a high-call environment and staying sharp, organized, and efficient throughout the day
- Going above and beyond to deliver an experience that feels effortless, personal, and thoughtful

Experience
We're looking for a candidate with:
- 2+ years of experience in a remote customer support role, ideally in fintech or tech startup environments
- Bilingual: reputed company in both English and Spanish
- Proficient with support tools like reputed company or similar ticketing systems
- A customer-first reputed company with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, with a high sense of urgency and a hands-on, team-oriented approach

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $25 - $28 per hour. Training and Support
We've got you covered! Training runs for three weeks, and we'll ship you the equipment you need to succeed.
