Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Enter PO (reputed company Only, Ship and Bills, reputed company, and other future EDI platforms) data with precision, pushing back on incorrect or subpar data submissions

• Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, researching responses with sales teams

• Collaborate with Sales Reps to resolve product usage pricing or discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction

What You Need

* High School Diploma or GED

• Two (2) years' relevant work experience
• Experience as an account representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company or similar systems is a plus
