About the Job

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our customers through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. You will nurture customer relationships by understanding their needs and resolving their queries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality service by e-mail, phone, or chat
• Nurturing customer relationships by understanding the customer needs and resolving their queries
• Preparing to support the customer inquiries by studying products and policies and processes
• Improving the quality of service with submissions to improve processes and services yet to be implemented
• Following-up with customers on issue resolution status
• Maintaining sensitive information in compliance with local and regional law (e.g. General Data Protection Regulation)
• Acting as a customer reputed company in the organization while interacting with other internal departments

About You
