Key Responsibilities

As a Remote reputed company at arenaflex, you'll be instrumental in designing, building, and optimizing advanced AI-driven chatbot systems that deliver conversational experiences across various industries. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and deploying scalable NLP models and chatbot architectures
• Implementing conversational agents using tools like reputed company, Dialogflow, or custom-built NLP engines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Developers to integrate AI solutions
• Fine-tuning language models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques
• Training and evaluating deep learning models for reputed company recognition, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and reputed company management
• Continuously monitoring model performance, identifying failure points, and implementing improvements
• Maintaining code repositories and ensuring version control using Git-based workflows
• Conducting research to stay updated with emerging AI trends and applying best practices in production-ready systems
• Documenting systems, architecture decisions, and technical specifications clearly

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a reputed company field
• Proven hands-on experience in NLP and chatbot development, with at least one production-level deployment
• Strong knowledge of Python and AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, reputed company Transformers, SpaCy, NLTK, etc.
• Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and vector embeddings
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and webhooks for chatbot integrations
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment of models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1–2 years specifically in NLP and chatbot systems
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Prior experience in remote and distributed teams is a plus

Working Hours

As a remote team member, you'll enjoy:

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Flexible hours with overlapping availability in GMT +5:30 (IST) for daily stand-reputed company and team sync-reputed company
