The Opportunity

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Solutions Representative - Collector to join reputed company in Arkansas, North Carolina, Michigan, or Pennsylvania. As a Customer Solutions Representative - Collector, you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and negotiating payment commitments
  • Handling accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalism
  • Completing phone calls to meet required performance standards and metrics
  • Confirming and/or negotiating payment arrangements; researching any discrepancies
  • Maintaining established objectives for delinquency, repossessions, and net losses; staying informed of changes in policies and procedures
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Working flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays, and overtime as necessary to meet business needs
  • Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
  • Responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, Shaw workflows, CRTS, and/or e-mails reputed company established time frames
  • Evaluating accounts to find a win-win solution to avoid repossession loss
  • Documenting reputed company accounts accurately, clearly, and concisely noting reason for hardship and potential repossession loss
  • Responding with accurate information pertinent to the caller's questions using professionalism and reputed company
  • Adhering to reputed company state and federal laws in the handling of accounts

The Skills You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in financial services or a similar industry (preferred)
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business or a reputed company field (may be used in lieu of experience)
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Skip tracing skills (preferred)
  • Sales and/or persuasive negotiation skills

Compensation and Benefits

The reputed company pay range for this role is $47,840 - $52,000 USD.
