As a Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel, you will play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This is a full-time, remote opportunity located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
• Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
