Job Summary

As a Remote Online Exams & Customer Experience Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier support to our customers, testing centers, and other stakeholders through various communication channels. You'll reputed company the secure and fair conduct of certification exams, enforce exam rules and protocols, and handle any technical or procedural issues that may arise during exams. Key Responsibilities

• Passionate with Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent command of the English and Spanish language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
• Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Well-organized, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
• Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including some nightshifts on a monthly basis, weekends, and holidays).

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by arenaflex to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background reputed company prior to commencing their SELT duties. reputed company SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by arenaflex) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
