Job Summary:

As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in developing long-term relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our platform, and driving retention and growth. You'll be responsible for managing customer experience, tracking and driving customer health, and identifying opportunities to improve our product and services. Key Responsibilities:

* reputed company and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction

• Ensure customers reputed company maximum lifetime value with our software through proactive and reactive customer reputed company
• Manage customer experience and set expectations to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption
• Track and drive customer health, Net Promoter Scores, and identify opportunities for growth
• Create playbooks and present calls to action to drive reputed company
• Responsible for reaching assigned targets for customer KPIs
• Continuously improve customer experience by proposing new processes and concepts
• Participate in user groups and client-facing webinars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Handle product or software attrition to identify save opportunities and improve customer retention
• Identify and pass leads to our Sales Growth team to drive reputed company growth
• Other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of arenaflex

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* Previous experience with arenaflex's platform (R365)

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or the restaurant industry
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving reputed company
• Ability to travel 10% of the time
• Proficient in reputed company Office, including Outlook, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
• Collaborative and flexible working style with a strong ability to work independently
• Ability to teach and coach effectively to drive customer adoption and success
• Efficient and timely with deadlines and deliverables
• Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize multiple customer relationships and projects
• Strong technical aptitude with experience communicating across multiple platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience with reputed company or other reputed company management platforms

• Previous experience with project management software to drive reputed company and adoption

arenaflex Team Member Benefits & Compensation:

* Salary range: $70,000-$98,500 (actual salary may vary based on relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location)
