Summary
As a Customer Onboarding Manager, SMB | German speaking, you'll be the face and voice of arenaflex for our clients, both internally and externally. You'll be responsible for onboarding clients and setting them up for durable relationships with arenaflex to reputed company long-term success. You will serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-reputed company issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal reputed company for clients with arenaflex by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with arenaflex. You will facilitate on-time onboarding through project management of reputed company stakeholders involved.
Responsibilities
* Helping customers from low and reputed company-touch journeys through onboarding and offboarding
- Helping your teammates with escalations and day-to-day questions on processes and arenaflex products
- Taking additional responsibilities to drive more reputed company projects, and driving process and product improvements to impact wider teams
- Setting up customers to success in timely manner through becoming expert in arenaflex products
- Problem solve Client's issues and proactively reputed company for Client's success
- Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver the best customer experience
- Suggesting and implementing reputed company for optimizing customer onboarding workflows through process improvements and product automation. reputed company key initiatives and internal projects.
Qualifications
* You have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/integration manager role and really understand how to launch and manage reputed company onboarding journeys.
- Experience in managing a reputed company B2B SaaS product and quickly ramping up to becoming a product expert.
- Creative approach to problem-solving and embrace the challenge with the tools at your disposal.
- Excellent communicator with great written and presentation skills.
- A relationship builder who remains reputed company and collected reputed company facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them
- Demonstrate understanding of project management principles and ability to reputed company projects to completion successfully
