Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing incoming faxes containing critical information from providers, patients, and medications
- Verifying the completeness of required information, including dates of birth and medication dosages
- Conducting follow-arenaflex with providers to obtain any missing information
- Accurately inputting data to confirm prescription coverage
- Managing approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather essential information
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
