Your Role

As a Senior reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for managing arenaflex's customers and channel partners. Your expertise in account management will help us continue to grow and reputed company, ensuring our customers receive a first-class experience that meets their evolving needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Onboarding new customers and channel partners
• Providing exceptional customer experience to reputed company customers and partners, ensuring their needs are met
• Monitoring and tracking customer and channel partner performance, driving growth by increasing share of wallet and preventing customer churn
• Establishing clear client retention goals
• Serving as a trusted advisor and the primary reputed company of contact for customers, resolving their issues and complaints, and working collaboratively with product and engineering teams to improve the product and customer experience

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A proven track record (5+ years) of success as a reputed company Manager or similar role
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• Experience in managing and working with a diverse group of stakeholders and customers
