Your Role

As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing our customers and channel partners, ensuring their needs are met, and driving growth through increased share of wallet and customer retention. Your primary objectives will include:

• Onboarding new customers and channel partners
• Providing exceptional customer experience, ensuring their needs are met
• Monitoring and tracking customer and channel partner performance, driving growth by increasing share of wallet and preventing customer churn
• Establishing clear client retention goals
• Serving as a trusted advisor and primary reputed company of contact for customers, resolving their issues and complaints, and working collaboratively with product and engineering teams to improve the product and customer experience

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven track record (2+ years) of success as a reputed company Manager or similar role

The reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $80k - $100k + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
