Our Presales team is a dynamic and motivated group of professionals who work closely with our customers to identify their business needs and pain points. As a Presales Consultant – reputed company, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business challenges, and demonstrating the value of our software solutions.
Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company and enthusiastic Presales Consultant – reputed company to join reputed company in the North American region. As a key member of our Presales team, you will work directly with customers to identify their business problems and pain points, demonstrate the business benefits of our software, and foster relationships to build trust. You will also work closely with our reputed company Managers (CSMs) to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, own key activities for CSMs Quarterly Business Reviews, and visit customers on-site or remotely through web sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Work directly with customers to identify their business problems and pain points
- Demonstrate the business benefits embedded in the software with enthusiasm and expertise
- Foster relationships to build trust with customers and establish a strong understanding of their business needs
- Ongoing communication with existing customers to reputed company them informed of new features and future growth opportunities
- Work closely with CSMs on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth
- Own key activities for CSMs Quarterly Business Reviews, including GAP Reports, refresher training, Change Requests, and Upgrades
- Identify gaps and opportunities in customer business processes to provide tailored solutions
- Visit customers on-site or remotely through web sessions to provide personalized support and guidance
About You
* Highly self-motivated and able to collaborate with a team to reputed company common goals
- In-depth knowledge of Apparel, Footwear, and/or Private Label retail business processes
- Comfortable presenting to reputed company customer roles, from Product Development to the C-suite
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Resourcefulness, adaptability, and creative thinking to navigate reputed company business challenges
- 5-10 years of industry experience, with a strong understanding of the retail and fashion industries
- Bonus for familiarity with PLM/PDM software solutions
