[Remote] Customer Care Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pricebook Digital develops and markets sales and pricing software for the HVAC industry and reputed company sectors. They are seeking a Customer Care Associate to manage customer projects, ensure timely deliverables, and provide exceptional support through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer projects and ensure reputed company deliverables are completed on time by respective parties
• Consistently update reputed company internal and customer stakeholders on any reputed company and/or roadblocks to maintain alignment and transparency, while continually driving the project reputed company to meet established deadlines
