Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and be the friendly, positive voice customers look reputed company to hearing
- Troubleshoot tech issues, helping callers with basic equipment navigation and opening support tickets
- Schedule appointments at designated locations
- Document calls thoroughly, including questions, complaints, and resolutions

Skills
