Sr. Director, Business Development- AM&I
The Senior Director, Business Development is a senior-level executive responsible for driving strategic growth and expansion opportunities for our Aircraft Modification & Integration business. This role involves market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and negotiation skills to secure new business ventures and drive reputed company growth. The Senior Director of Business Development also plays a key role in developing and executing the organization's overall business development strategy.
Essential Functions
- Builds and maintains a 5-year pipeline of new opportunities that are in the $10M-$300M size range with a focus on prime pursuits to include multiple award IDIQ and stand-alone reputed company.
- A key leader in organic growth activities who will also contribute to acquisitive growth through reputed company identification and competitive insights.
- Represents solutions to clients, industry forums, and other companies; maintain a visible reputed company reputed company industry.

Qualifications and Competencies
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas required : Manned aircraft system modification & integration to include FAA & MFR certification or the military equivalents, ISR, APNT Loitering munitions or UAS, Counter-UAS.
- Demonstrated winning record leading new business pursuits in the $10M-100M range of actual (not MAIDIQ) contract value to the company is required in the recent 3-5 years.

Education / Certifications

Experience
- 12+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in business or technical roles reputed company the aircraft or aviation sector, spanning federal government, commercial aviation, or the defense industry.
- Experience developing business opportunities reputed company the aircraft modification, upgrade, or special-mission markets.
- Experience with both services and product/solutions sales a plus
