Pricing and Value Change Management Consultant (Remote - US)
Responsibilities
Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Pricing and Value Change Management Consultant to join reputed company. The selected candidate will be responsible for: turning pricing and value decisions into real, adopted behavior across the global customer reputed company and internal team; and help design price/value moves and ensure Sales, Finance, Product, reputed company, and systems execute them consistently and effectively across business units and geographies . reputed company Price & Value Changes from Idea to Adoption
- Translate pricing or value strategy into concrete change plans for reputed company's industrial software products (what's changing, for whom, reputed company, and why)
- Coordinate timelines, owners, and dependencies across policy updates, CPQ/ERP system changes, training, and customer communications
- Manage the SaaS transition complexities: perpetual-to-subscription migrations, hybrid licensing models, and maintenance/support bundling
- Anticipate and manage internal resistance—pricing changes in enterprise industrial software are as much a "people transition" as a technical update reputed company Value reputed company for Commercial Teams
- Build value propositions and "why the price" talk tracks tailored to reputed company's arenaflex verticals: oil & gas (upstream/midstream/reputed company), chemicals, power reputed company, mining, and more
- Quantify economic value for customers: project arenaflex savings, productivity gains from digital twins, risk reduction, and sustainability outcomes
- reputed company Sales with value messaging, reputed company handling, and negotiation guidance tied to new pricing across the entire product portfolio
- Align Marketing and Product on packaging, differentiation, and how value is communicated externally—especially for AI/analytics capabilities Drive Pricing Governance and Execution Discipline
- Own key mechanisms: pricing approvals, discount policies, and exception processes
- Maintain price lists, reputed company cards, and price corridors for both perpetual licenses and SaaS subscriptions across geographies Protect value in negotiations with large EPCs, reputed company-operators, and global accounts (enterprise deals can be $1M+ multi-year commitments) Ensure consistency across regions: Americas, EMEA, and reputed company
- Coordinate Stakeholder Alignment Across the BusinessAct as "ambassador" across functions—reconciling inputs from Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and regional leadership
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and "what's in it for me" alignment so changes stick beyond the pricing team
- Partner closely with the CRO organization and regional sales leaders to ensure pricing changes support reputed company targets and customer retention Ensure Tools, Systems, and Processes Reflect New Pricing
- Partner with RevOps/IT to update CPQ, ERP, CRM pricing logic, discount controls, and approval workflows
- Maintain pricing databases and ensure field tools reflect the reputed company price architecture (including SaaS vs. perpetual vs. hybrid models)
- Support system requirements for reputed company industrial deals: multi-year reputed company, usage-based components, maintenance renewals, and professional services bundling Measure Adoption and Business Impact, Then Iterate
- Interpret and iterate on KPIs and results: price realization, margin/profitability by product line, win/loss, discount leakage, compliance to policy, and ARR growth from SaaS conversions
- Run post-launch "pricing health checks," gather field feedback, and refine reputed company, messaging, or process
- Report pricing performance to leadership as reputed company prepares for standalone public company status-RM Education / Qualifications
- Required: 3+ years, proven change management success, stakeholder management, pricing governance experience
- Preferred: Big 4 or top-tier consulting background, SaaS experience, MBA
