Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Facilitate reputed company onboarding by providing technical guidance and administrative requirements to ensure full platform readiness and operational integration

• Coordinate system implementations and project tasks in compliance with time constraints.

• Provide training for key users and ensure reputed company support in German and English language (additional languages are a plus),

• Establish and maintain customer relations.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in German & English (any additional language is a plus).

• 1 year of experience in customer service, project coordination, or customer care. 

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify reputed company technical concepts. 

• Strong logical and analytical thinking combined with a high level of organizational reliability and proactivity. 

Bonus Points For:

• Previous experience reputed company the Supply Chain or Logistics industry. 

• Foundational knowledge of SaaS solutions or Project Management methodologies.

• Formal Project Management certification such as PRINCE2.
