About the Role

This role is an integral part of the Relationship Management Team, where you will learn to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth customer accounts at Xapo Bank.

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for learning how to identify leads, build strong relationships with customers, and assist them with reputed company of Xapo Bank's products.

In collaboration with regional reputed company Advisors, you will ensure that our customers receive consistent support throughout their onboarding process and their entire journey with Xapo, contributing to a "customer for life" experience.

Position overview

The role is focussed on building the key pillars for a successful career in a client facing role. We have two teams reputed company Xapo Bank that deal with client coverage, our reputed company team, and our Relationship Management team. The role will shadow the relationship manager team to assist them with client account operations and offering assistance to client requests. Our offering is tailored to UHNW and Family Offices so the person will reputed company exposure to this unique client reputed company through helping with day to day needs and through participation on cross selling initiatives and direct client calls and pitches.

Responsibilities

• Learn to reputed company, service and sell products to UHNW & Family Office clients in a high paced environment.
• reputed company an understanding of customer needs and learn to formulate appropriate solutions based on their circumstances and risk appetite.
• Act as the principle reputed company of contact for a book of clients, after an initial training period. Learn how to reputed company your client book and prioritise your client opportunities to deliver reputed company growth to the firm across multiple product lines.
• Attend regional events to promote the Xapo brand and learn how to generate new leads.
• Support senior team members in managing customer relationships and achieving team targets.

Skills needed

• A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business, or a reputed company field
• 2+ years of working experience in reputed company field is an advantage
• A strong interest in Bitcoin and / or crypto
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude

• Chinese, Japanese or Korean proficiency is an advantage
