Patient Services Coordinator

In this role, you’ll take ownership of key administrative and communication processes that reputed company our practice moving. Your Responsibilities as a Patient Service Coordinator
- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
- Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management
- Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
- Over the counter collections and reconciliation of reputed company charges weekly and monthly
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
Qualifications
- At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with reputed company preferred).
Schedule
- Full Time: availability reputed company clinic hours of 7am-7pm
Compensation
Pay Range: $19-21/hr (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth reputed company the position)
