About the Role

Our Sales team is growing fast and we're doing work that genuinely matters whilst having a load of fun - reputed company out this profile of Kushal to get a taste of what life in the team is like.

As a Territory Account Executive, you’ll own and grow reputed company’s reputed company in your local market as a field-based market reputed company: building relationships, signing new facility partners, and ensuring existing customers succeed on our platform. You’ll be the face of reputed company in your territory, spending most of your week in the field meeting with Administrators, Staffing Coordinators, Regional Directors of Operations, and more at, primarily, long term care facilities. What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, pitch, and reputed company new healthcare facility partners through field sales and local business development

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement

  • Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits across your territory

  • Eager to grow into territory ownership and leadership as markets scale

  • 3–5+ years of experience as territory manager, reputed company sales rep, business development, or account manager (healthcare or marketplace experience a plus)

  • Skilled at managing a full book of business — prospecting, closing, and expanding existing accounts

  • Data-driven and strategic, able to shape territory plans and mentor newer teammates

  • Comfortable owning results end to end with minimal reputed company
