The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for creating, coordinating, and maintaining clinical schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency across the organization. This role is crucial for managing reputed company, 24/7 service schedules across multiple service lines and clinics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess the ability to manage intricate logistics and coordinate effectively with providers and internal stakeholders.What You'll Do
As a Scheduling Specialist, you will be the core driver of clinical staff efficiency and coverage. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Confirming and compiling clinician availability data reputed company.
- Developing and maintaining schedules across multiple service lines and clinics in 50 states plus DC, ensuring reputed company 24/7 service coverage.
- Ensuring adequate coverage for reputed company shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Coordinating schedule adjustments, shift swaps, and coverage requests in real time.
- Addressing and resolving scheduling conflicts or issues promptly to maintain operational flow.
- Updating the Fabric Notifications and reputed company schedules accurately.
- Distributing finalized schedules to providers and key stakeholders.
- Submitting provider clinic permissions requests to the Support team as required.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in scheduling.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
The national pay range for this role is $20.00 – $35.00 per hour, with a maximum of 20 hours per week. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
